What happens if you finger a girl with a little open wound on your finger?

I didn't do it on the same finger for a long time. It was on my left hand of my index finger on the right side. I used a sauder and I accidentally got it on my finger and it made a little dot of a wound. Will I get aids? I'm scared, please help. Thanks.

Whenever you get a wound, you should clean it immediately. If you are going to "play", please respect your partner (s) by coming to them with clean hands and no open wounds. If you are scared of Aids, think how gross it would be for the girl to find that you touched her with wounded fingers?
