Answer:

Prehistoric inventions include art ( painting, sculpture ,music and poetry); sewing; housing (built housing as distinct from found shelters); agriculture; religion and magic; hammering metals, and domesticating animals. Boating was also invented, particularly for rivers and lakes. As for weapons, inventions include the knife, axe, spear, spear thrower, and hammer.
From Mesopotamia we got writing (cuneiform and then writing in letters); astrology and astronomy; civic government with law codes; mathematics and the concept of dividing both space and time into degrees or hours; the wheel; the plow; monumental architecture (this came from Egypt and other places as well); irrigation (another invention developed in several different places); metallurgy (smelting copper and then bronze); and sea going trade.
The bow and arrow were developed independently in many areas.
Alcoholic beverages were also independently developed in many areas, first beer and then wine.
From India we get Yoga and Tantra; a native philosophy different than that developed in Greece or China, and much epic poetry.
Greece developed science, logic, philosophy, history, drama, acting, musical theory, exquisite pottery, geography,
colonies, the use of olive oil, and siege engines such as catapults.
Native Americans built cities in North, Central and South America; learned to cultivate and selectively develop maize (corn), squash, beans, chilis, chocolate, potatoes, tomatoes, pemmican and so forth; fabric (from cotton and suitable tree bark) and weaving (another skill invented in many different places and times); monumental sculpture (think the Olmec heads); pyramids (Egypt developed these too, and earlier); ball games in a court with rubber balls, complex calendars; astronomy, mathematics, canoes and so forth.
In Europe during the Middle Ages most of the developments came from the East. This included windmills, paper, the compass, crossbows and gunpowder. Europe independently developed bookeeping, banking and capitalism. During this period Europeans rediscovered how to make glass, perfume and soap, and also developed monumental architecture in the form of cathedrals and palaces.
Egypt invented pyramids, hieroglyphics, irrigation, and monumental sculpture.
China invented so many things! Philosophy, writing, printing, paper, gunpowder, paper money, crossbows, exquisite pottery, silk painting and printing, outstanding poetry, civil exams for a meritocracy, alchemy, the first use of coal as a fuel, noodles, martial arts, the calculator (the abacus), huge canals for transportation, a written language, and so on.
Rome developed a Republic; a tradition in law that still survives; the arch, aqueducts, extremely durable roads (better than ours); indoor plumbing and central heating, and so on.
Islam borrowed from everywhere. It shone in medicine, alchemy, theology, the cultivation of fruit trees, air conditioning (in the form of high vents), calligraphy, and international trade.
Africans apparently invented the smelting of iron, which spread to other civilizations, and which later turned into the skill of smelting steel.
The Byzantines were highly conservative but did invent Greek fire (an early form of napalm), beautiful icons, and so forth.
